Nice to meet you! I work with women who have it all together on the outside, but are quietly falling apart on the inside. Women who've been told they're “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “too emotional.” Women who have learned to make themselves smaller to fit someone else’s version of what they “should” be.

A Different Way Forward
Most of my clients have already tried to think their way out of this. They understand their patterns. They know where they come from. And they're exhausted from working so hard at something that keeps not quite working.
That's not a failure of effort or insight. It's a sign that what you're carrying lives somewhere insight alone can't reach.
Therapy with me goes there. Using EMDR and IFS, we work directly with what your nervous system has been holding. We’ll go beyond just talking about it, to a place that actually uncovers the root of it all, and starts moving the needle toward real and lasting change. You'll start to notice the anxiety loosening its grip. The inner critic getting quieter. The patterns that have followed you for years beginning to shift.
Therapy with me isn’t about becoming a different person. It's about finally being able to access the person you've always been underneath all of the layers of shame, guilt, anxiety, and self doubt. The person who doesn't have to earn her rest, justify her needs, or perform her way through the day.
